Alright, so below you will find two application templates. You only have to fill out one -just pick whichever you prefer. They're basically the same... just one has a letter and then other doesn't.
I don't mind if you switch them around a bit, just make sure all of the information is found on the application somewhere. I know they look long, but they're actually very easy to finish. If you need any help just PM a staff member and we'll be glad to help you. =)
Typical Years/Ages of Campers
The italics are the typical age for that year of campers. The ages can vary, but I prefer that they stay around these ages. Whatever you wish, though.
First Year;;
